Enlightened Generation is working in partnership with GlobalGiving to fund the efforts of Ocean Blue Project. Proceeds from the Leaf Sheep collection are going toward this initiative. Ocean Blue Project explains their vision and mission: “To see our One World Ocean, beaches, and rivers be once again healthy and naturally beautiful ecosystems where wildlife, plants, and humans can thrive alongside one another.” Ocean Blue Project is a grassroots charitable environmental organization with a mission to protect the health of humans, our One World Ocean, beaches, and rivers through collaborative, community-driven plastic pollution relief, service-learning projects, scientific research, and youth education.

Enlightened Generation’s Leaf Sheep of the Sea collection celebrates the wonders of marine life while fostering a deeper connection to our ocean. By supporting this collection, you are helping to empower Ocean Blue Project’s groundbreaking OBP Blue Schools Program. This vital initiative equips the environmental leaders of tomorrow with the knowledge and skills to protect and steward waterways, cultivating a deep appreciation for the vital connection between watersheds and our One World Ocean.

OBP Blue Schools Program offers a dynamic and engaging STREAM curriculum (Science, Technology, Reading, Engineering, Art, and Math) for K-12 students, combining classroom learning, outdoor field experiences, and community service projects. Developed with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and aligned with Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), this program empowers young minds with the tools to care for their local watersheds and the vast ocean beyond. Join us in fostering environmental stewardship! By learning from nature’s incredible creatures, like the magical leaf sheep, parents and teachers can inspire children to take action through OBP Blue Schools. Together, we can ensure healthier waterways, wildlife, and communities for generations to come.
