What Is That?
Thousands of years ago, in one of history’s greatest mysteries, hundreds of enormous geometric shapes, animals, humanoid figures, and lines—some stretching for miles—were etched into the earth. Many are so vast, they can only be fully seen from the sky. Why were they made?

Did you know Nasca can also be spelled Nazca? We didn’t—until we asked a team of experts from Yamagata University in Japan! They’ve been studying the Nasca Lines for years and have even formed a dedicated group focused on discovering new geoglyphs. It’s amazing what you can learn when you are curious!

Many walk hours each day to collect contaminated water from rivers and streams, just to meet their basic needs. What if the next generation truly understood this? What if those with easy access to water saw each glass as gift, not a given? And who are the changemakers working to bring clean water to those who need it most?
