PRICES AND ERRORS IN PRICES

SALES, DISCOUNTS AND PROMOTIONS

From time to time, the Website may offer special sales, discounts and or promotions. Sales, discounts and promotions cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases online. Sale offers may not be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent and is not transferable. Product may be subject to printing errors, changes, price changes, delivery delays and limited availability of stock.

SALES TAX

Sales tax will be determined and charged as of time of shipping on orders shipped within the US, except Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon. Sales tax shown in the checkout process may be incorrect in amount or application. We reserve the right to make an adjustment to the amount charged at any time to reflect the correct sales tax amount regardless of what is shown in the checkout process. In the event of errors in our sales tax calculation process, we reserve the right to collect estimates of sales tax and to later adjust the associated charges in an upward or downward reconciliation. No sales tax is charged on the purchase of a Gift Card.
