Return the box with all its contents in original condition within 30 days for a refund or store credit. Gift returns receive store credit, and mail returns carry a $10 fee for a prepaid return label.

Sign in to your account with the email address used on the order and select the items to return. Make sure the box and the book are both checked off and returned to receive a full refund. You'll receive a return label by email, and the package can be dropped off at USPS and UPS locations within 14 days of creating the label.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll let you know whether it's accepted. That can take up to 7 business days from the day your return tracking shows delivered, and refunds can take another 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.
